Yes, he is obese, but that's only a recent occurance. Most of his life he was extremely thin; he weighed only 125 lbs when he graduated from college.

Edit: I don't know about an ultra sound but I do know he had an MRI done about 18 months ago.

No, I mean you can checked for kidney problems. B deficiency is a kind of general problem in common with a lot of disorders. Testosterone deficiency is common with obese people, though the two can be connected as well.

could be. Think about gynecomastia; Roid monkey could probably tell you all you need to know about that.

Seriously though, fat tissues tend to break down testosterone, whcih can cause a host of issues (one of which is increased fat production due to inc. insulin).

it should be noted that all of these can be indications of other conditions as well.
