US dairy products do not meet Canadian health standards, and taste really weird. It was a major sticking point in the recent NAFTA talks. guess what your new dairy standards are going to be.
I also question their meat handling standards, but I believe they have similar ones to ours, so I'm looking at my own house on that issue; but much lower then EU standards.

I only know scant details, and only from a cooking perspective; but the doneness of meat is heavily regulated due to risks of E.Coli that do not exist across the pond. My understanding is over here the cook is more heavily regulated where on you side the abituare bears the responsibility in regards to contamination.
but dairy is a whole other matter you may soon discover.

If we get US milk over here, and it's shit, then I'll just stick to organic whole milk or the like.
It's not like they can force us to stop making our own milk and labelling it differently.
