Serious Pie's in Seattle. all other flat bread pizzas I've had taste like some variety of pita bread.
the pizza weighs about half what it looks like it should, the crust is crisp and melts in your mouth.

I think the pizza's quality may relate to being at sea level. In Calgary we recently had 3 high end thin crust places open, none of them achieve what serious pies has.

just had some amazing greasy taco truck food. lengua super burrito with all the fixings, so grateful that i found a real taco truck instead of all this ridiculous gourmet-fusion-foodie-truck business. it may or may not be the best lengua i've ever had, but it's definitely up there because it's been a while.
