Popps used to go with Karo syrup and peanut butter, mix till smooth and eat on crackers or spooned into cut celery. The latter is better, health wise.

    1 bag of Tostitos scoops.
2 bags Kraft shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend
1 jar of Salsa, your choice or homemade

Lay whole scoops on baking sheet in rows.
1 spoon of salsa in each scoop.
Top filled scoops with generous pinch of cheese.
Place baking sheet under broiler until cheese is melted.
Crumble bacon over the top before serving if you like. Diced chillies too if you feel the need.

    1. Bananas. Delicious, quick, simple.

    2. Cereal. My favourite meal of the day, my muesli supper, with lots of fruit.

3, Sardines on toast, with tomato sauce. Mmmmmm...

    Mmmmm...

Salty crackers, creamy avocado, fresh, sweet tomato.

And maybe a glass of pinot noir...

I'll be over here with the rest of the men, "snarking" on our beef/turkey jerky or other dried animals.
