I'd be better if they had awesome beer.

Speaking of lagers, I'd forgotten about Sam Adams Boston Lager. I need to try it again because I can't remember if it's any good.

It's not bad. It's nearly time for the Summer Ale again, too.

    Here's my current local favorite:

Bootlegger Brown ale by the Independence Brewery in Austin. Rich and malty with a slight chocolate overtone. It has an interesting history you can read about if you click the link.

I don't have a favourite beer or even a favourite style of beer, but I just had an Excellent Bierre Blonde De Garde, Jenlain.
(Bierre de Garde is like a lager malt base but top brewed as an ale not cold/bottom brewed). My regular pint is Deuchars IPA from Calledonian breweries.

    Don’t say, “She’s a good wife” till she’s buried.
Don’t say, “It’s a good sword” till you’ve tested it.
Don’t say, “She’s a good girl” till she’s married off.
Don’t say, “The ice is safe” till you’ve crossed it.
Don’t say, “The beer is good” till you’ve drunk the last of it.

Fine, be that way. We should do a beer exchange, we live close enough that shipping wouldn't be too bad. Probably limit to breweries that are within city limits or just a few miles out (I'm open to ideas on that point).
