I thought a fashion student would know the difference between a skirt and a dress.

It's called a kilt, and none of those fairies are wearing one.

All those outfits would greatly compliment your newly acquired manpussy.

*Sigh* Lil Sama is all grown up now. I remember when he had nothing more than bright eyes a boihole and a dream.

I hate assholes who wear kilts.

tl;dr: wearing a kilt to show your pride in Scotland is like wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt because you are anti-capitalist.

You're Polish, so obviously an expert, and I hate you just a bit more (but I still like you).

Explain?

The modern kilt is from the 1700's and wasn't really that popular until businessmen started pushing it as being "patriotic" or some shit.

They didn't have kilts back in Wallace's day.

Really, a business man pushed it.

A bit arsefaced but, yes they did not have kilts in the lowlands in Wallace's day because it is highland dress, It was Walter Scott who popularised highlandwear so a writer not a businessman.
Gene Kelly popularised jeans and t-shirt, so is a dancer < writer?

Adouglasmhor

Walter Scot popularised highlandwear, wallace was not a highlander

here are some Scots in kilts and trews (even though it says Irish - Gaelic speakers tended to be called Irish wherever they came from).

I said "modern" kilt. Modern meaning it's basically a man-skirt and not just an extension of something you'd also drape over your body, like a toga or something. Your picture clearly shows the kilt being a whole-body outfit.

There are pictures in the National Portrait gallery of gentry wearing modern/small kilts from the 18th century before Rawlinsons take on it, plus Rawlinson was in a small highland town not that influential at all. Walter Scott's parade for the king in 1822 made the Tartan popular. Even your link above says Rawlinnson didn't invent the modern kilt, But you only skipped over it because it was Poops in angry mode.

Are you upset because the Sobranie lineage in the British Royal family died with Bonnie Prince Charlie the Italian midget?

I never said who invented the modern kilt, only that's it's not the timeless symbol of Scotland that most people think it is, but you only skipped over that part because it was adouglasmhor in Scottish dumbass mode.

No-one said it was timeless, do you want to see an old pic of me in a brecan failte/ phileagh mhor (big kilt), and that's not what you said when YOU were posting in dumbass mode, you said it was not a symbol of national pride, so modern things can;t be a matter of pride? The small kilt is older than the Stars and Stripes (which seems to be a Symbol of te USA and a metter of pride from some)and as soon as someone sees a kilt they think of Scots
