Hot buttered rum.

in a coffee cup.

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 tablespoon butter
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 cloves
small pinch of salt
fresh ground nutmeg
2 oz rum
fill remainder of cup with hot water, stir and drink

You can substitute other booze. I'm out of rum and will be usning bourbon tonight.

It's what Skandinavians drink for christmas.


1 bottle of red wine (just decent, no reasone going down into the cellar)
1 small bottle of port
1 tablespoon of cardamom
1 stick of cinnamon
8 (about) cloves
almonds and raisins

heat and stir.

I forgot that you have to add Muscovado (brown moist sugar)... A good deal of it (1-1,5 dl)

Hmm.. Dark and Light brown sugar is usually pretty moist, but oke.
