now what do i do with them.

i was going to put them in spaghetti, but with this amount I'm shrimp with spaghetti i it and not the other way round.

i was also thinking of blackening them, but smoke +small apartment=bad

EDIT: can someone change the title to defrosted

If they're not yet cooked, get yourself a loaf of soft french bread, a stick of butter, a cup of white wine, garlic, green onions, and a drop of liquid smoke. Fry the shrimp in the butter and wine. Then put in the garlic and smoke, then green onions a minute before you're done cooking.

Then, you eat the shrimp and dip the french bread, (torn, not cut) into the delicious buttery-garlicy-white winey, smokey shit you fried them in.

Seriously though, pissing shrimp takes too long to make and you have to make a lot of it for it to be worth your time.

unless you just like making stuff more than you like eating it. Which I feel is the case for most chinese dishes.

I can't think of anything clever to say about the eating habits of people from Washington because the only thing I know about Washington is that it has a lot of evergreens and the suicide rate is high. What kind of shrimp are they? If they're not from the Gulf of Mexico, then your only other bet is somewhere off the East Coast. If they're those bullshit faggot shrimp from Southeast Asia, then you need to just forget it.

Shirp toast!

Approximately 25 slices day-old bread
1/2 lb. fresh shirp, shelled, deveined
1 egg
1-2 tbsp. flour
Cooking oil
1 sm. white onion, quartered
Salt or soy sauce
Prepare bread by cutting the crust off all sides. Place all ingredients except bread and oil in a blender. Blend to form a thick paste. Apply paste to one side of bread. Cut bread into quarters to form squares or cut diagonally to form triangles.In a pan heat oil to 350-375 degrees. Place toast in pan paste side down. After browned, turn once to brown on the other side. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt while hot or place a drop of soy sauce on each piece before serving.
