Why didn't you say "Now divide that number by 100"? I didn't listen to the entire thing, but I didn't hear you say that, and that's what I would've been hammering on.

The person on the phone here deserves a medal for enduring this phone call... jesus christ how bad are people at math at verizon.

I made some chinese folks over here listen to that... it was like they were listening to a stand up comedian. Honestly, they couldn't believe the conversation was real because they had no idea how people could be that dumb and still have a job. Let's hear it for corporate america.

At least he wasn't in Congress.

I think one of the comments says that that's Verizon's policy: make them frustrated and bored and hope they hang up. I so hope that guy wins some money from a lawsuite and all those people get fired.

For some reason I can imagine Tom Mabe being THX-1138.

Is this just me?

Yeah, I think that guy right there, he is at the highest position he's ever going to hold, and that might not be for long.

The one Phrost posted is briliant.

Makes me wish I'd recorded the time I was playing Return to Castle Wolfenstein and got a telemarket calling me, I had some fun with the sound effects.
