Alright, so, these are all shows for which I own DVD box sets. They're all generally referred to as "teen drama". They're all critical darlings- well except maybe Smallville.

The question is, which one should I be most ashamed of watching?

I'm going to go with Smallville- it honestly just isn't as good as the other two; weaker writing, acting, etc. Only thing Smallville really has over the others is budget and at least to VM that doesn't matter so much.

Right, so, persecute away!

Sorry all of those shows suck. If the superman show was Lois and Clark you may have slipped by on the Teri Hatcher is hawt theory. And the only good thing Joss Whedon has done is Firefly.

Wouldn't include Lois & Clark because it is not commonly thought of as a teen drama.

Also I wouldn't include Lois and Clark because it was a horrid show that I would never pay for.

I don't watch TV much, but from what I've seen i can safely say:

Hot girls in all three. I don't see the problem here.

I'm voting smallville, not becasue it sucks but because Smallvile is barely concealed Gay Porn for you closeted midwesterners.

No, you're supposed to make jokes at Dai Tenshis expense because he does.

Funny story..... I got drunk, went to wal-mart, and when I woke up in the morning I had all 4 seasons.

Rather than straight up return all of them, I figured I'd try out the first season. If I didn't like it I could still return the other 3 un-opened sets..... I ended up just watching them.

It really isn't the same caliber show as the others, it's just stupid fun.

Neildo has the real reading comprehension.

Unless you have redeemed these sins by also owning Star Trek DVDs, you are not only strangely immature in your TV taste, but cankered of heart and mind.

Star Trek box sets are $100 a pop, fuck that.

Other box sets = Kurosawa, Sonny Chiba, Rome, Deadwood, Firefly, Band of Brothers

The problem is clothes. If you want to watch hot babes, why watch them in clothes?

If you want to watch something good, why watch any of those shows?

Hence, I don't see a reason to watch them.

Given what I've seen of norman children/teens, I'm quite relieved.

Doh..
NORMAL...

I left it in because that picture in the next post is VERY funny.

Firefly is mildly redeeming, but how could owning any Star Trek series possibly help? If you owned Babylon 5 that would improve the situation. But Star Trek?

Babylon 5 is irrelevant. You will be assimilated.

For supporting Firefly or dissing his other crap? Are you an Angel fan? A closet Buffy watcher?

Basically you just have a skewed perspective on modern teleivision and aren't allowed to comment.
